Incredible view and comfortable rooms. the breakfast spread was fantastic with a variety of options. the hotel is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing new year's getaway. the cable car is easily accessible and allows for easy transportation to the nearby activities.
The language barrier was a bit frustrating, with limited English spoken by staff members. It would have been helpful for the staff to offer more detailed information about the surrounding area and attractions.

The hotel's location was key, being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a peaceful escape. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
The restaurant within the hotel was a letdown. The menu was limited and the food wasn't very good, plus the service was slow.

The hotel is located on a hill, which offers a fantastic view of the city. it's quite far from the main attractions and requires a taxi or a long walk to reach the Tram. the rooms are clean, well-presented, and spacious. Breakfast is exceptional and served on the terrace with an amazing view. the staff is helpful and courteous.
The additional charge for using the sauna and hammam facilities was misleading.
